Delivery

All orders have a processing time of 12 to 48hrs regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Saturday-Thursday). 

Please note: We do not process orders on weekends and on major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following day.

Shipping Rates:

Dhaka Metro Next 3 Days (3 business day) – 100tk

Outside Dhaka (3-5 business day) – 150-400tk

Processing cut-off time:

Dhaka Metro Next day – Order placed before 12.00pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 12.01pm will be processed on the next business day. 

Outside Dhaka – Order placed before 07.00pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 03.01pm will be processed on the next business day.

Order discrepancies: 

If your item was damaged, missing or incorrect, you must inform us within 6 hours of packages delivery. Once your claim has been received, reviewed and approved, we will assist you with correcting the issue. 

Cancelling and altering orders:

Orders may be edited up to 15minutes after being placed. Please inform us within 15minutes to make any changes. After that time, the order will be considered correct and final.
